2. Eligibility

To register and use a bad8 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bad8 strictly prohibits the use of its services by persons under 21. Age verification is required as part of the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person of legal capacity, capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must register using accurate, complete, and current personal information. Providing false registration details is grounds for immediate account suspension.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction before using bad8.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bad8 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

bad8 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point. If a user is found to be ineligible, bad8 may suspend or close the account, void any outstanding bets, and withhold or return funds at its discretion in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bad8 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bad8 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected local bank transfer services including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other partner institutions. The availability of specific payment methods may change without notice.

The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bad8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit originating from an account not matching your registered name will be returned and your account may be suspended pending investigation.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. bad8 will not process withdrawals to accounts not verified as belonging to the account holder.
• bad8 does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Any fees displayed during a transaction are charged by the payment provider, not bad8. Processing times vary by payment method and are subject to the payment provider's own schedules.
• bad8 reserves the right to place holds on withdrawal requests pending fraud review, KYC completion, or investigation of suspected rule violations. bad8 will communicate the reason for any such hold to the affected account holder in a timely manner.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are set by bad8 and displayed within the platform's cashier section. These minimum amounts may be updated from time to time and are subject to change without prior notice. Players are responsible for checking current minimum and maximum limits before initiating a transaction.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on bad8 are final once confirmed. bad8 does not accept bet cancellations after a bet has been accepted by the system, except where a technical error on the part of bad8 has resulted in the bet being registered incorrectly. In such cases, bad8 will void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account balance.

bad8 displays odds and game outcomes in real time. For sports betting, odds displayed at the time of placing the bet are the odds that apply to that bet, subject to the in-play and pre-match rules set out in the sportsbook section of the platform. For live casino and RNG games, the outcome is determined by the game engine at the moment of play and is final.

• bad8 reserves the right to void bets that were placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a system error, data feed error, or human input error. Players who knowingly exploit erroneous odds may have their accounts restricted.
• Winnings from valid settled bets or game rounds are credited to the player's account balance immediately. Credited winnings form part of the player's withdrawable balance subject to any applicable wagering requirements tied to active bonuses.
• Disconnection during a live casino round or crash game is handled according to the game provider's published disconnection policy. bad8 is not liable for losses caused by the player's internet connectivity issues, device failures, or power outages.
• bad8 does not offer credit to players. All bets must be funded from the player's real-money account balance. Playing on credit or using borrowed funds is not permitted on bad8.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on bad8. Violation of any of these prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. bad8 maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over other players or to manipulate game outcomes, odds, or system behaviour.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or sporting event listed on bad8.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, or engaging in any form of identity fraud or impersonation on the platform.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or places an unreasonable load on bad8's servers, infrastructure, or network, including distributed denial-of-service attacks and attempts to penetrate or bypass security systems.

bad8 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be in violation of this section, to void all associated bets and winnings, and to pursue legal remedies where appropriate. Suspected illegal activity will be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bad8, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the bad8 platform or any content thereon, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

In no event shall bad8's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the bad8 platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bad8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence to the extent such limitation or exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bad8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, bad8 will notify registered account holders by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account. The revised Terms will be effective from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the bad8 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must discontinue your use of the platform and may request account closure by contacting bad8 support.
